The QIAcuity digital PCR system is a digital PCR system that pursues user convenience with features such as high quantification accuracy and detection sensitivity, as well as reduced workload, speed, high throughput, and multiplexing capabilities. The operation consists of three steps: "dispensing reaction liquid onto the plate → sealing → setting in the device." After setting the plate, the processes of "partitioning → PCR → imaging" are fully automated by a single device, providing reduced user burden and stable results.
